Miracle 511 H2O plus is a unique water base penetrating sealer designed for the protection of all natural stone, tile, grout and masonry surfaces where a water based product is preferred. Ideal for interior and exterior, kitchen, showers, bathrooms, patios, health, driveways, garages and facilities.

It is not a surface coating and will not alter the natural look. 511 H2O Plus does not produce a strong odor. 511 H2O Plus penetrates into the surface and forms an invisible barrier that is resistant to moisture and stains, while allowing vapor to escape.

Coverage will vary depending on the density, porosity, texture, surface absorption, weather, time solution left on surface and application methods.

Used as directed, 511 H2O Plus will cover between 500 - 3,000 sq.ft. per gallon (45 - 270 square meters per 3.785 liters). 511 H2O Plus will be dry to the touch in 1 - 3 hours and may be put into service. For optimum results the area should be kept dry and free from staining materials for 24 - 72 hours. Allow to cure 6-12 hours before grouting.

Store 511 H2O Plus in the original container, properly sealed to avoid contamination and evaporation. Stored at 77 degree F (25 degree C), 511 H2O Plus will have a shelf life of 12 months. Do not allow to freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
